Antoine Gary is the Founder and Managing Attorney of The Gary Law Firm, a boutique practice focused on corporate counsel, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial real estate. He works with businesses, startups, private equity firms, family offices, real estate developers, professional/D1 athletes, and social influencers. Known for his precision, judgment, and ability to move efficiently, Antoine is a highly skilled transactional attorney who brings structure, clarity, and confidence to complex matters.
He founded The Gary Law Firm in 2019 with a clear vision: deliver top-tier legal expertise through a modern, technology-driven, and fully remote model. In that capacity, he serves as outside corporate counsel to businesses, advising on transactions, governance, and disputes, while negotiating significant financing deals and drafting a wide range of commercial agreements: from employment and leasing to intellectual property and master service agreements. His practice is defined by efficiency, excellence, responsiveness, and the ability to scale involvement based on what the situation demands.
Prior to founding the firm, Antoine practiced at Paul Hastings, a top global law firm, where he worked across both the corporate and commercial real estate groups. He represented Fortune 500 companies, developers, lenders, and investment funds in high-value acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing transactions. His experience includes advising on complex real estate development and financing matters, drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, conducting detailed title and survey diligence, and supporting broader corporate and M&A initiatives.
Antoine earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where he focused on corporate law with a concentration in real estate. He served as Vice President of the Real Estate Law Association, completed real estate finance and investment coursework at UCLA Anderson School of Management, and trained extensively in negotiation strategy. He received a full-ride scholarship to the University of Connecticut, where he graduated from the Honors Program with a double major in Urban and Community Studies and Africana Studies.
Based in Atlanta, Antoine enjoys playing tennis and pickleball, spending time outdoors, enjoying live music and shows, and traveling.
